Holy Smoke, LLC was founded by Kyle Payne and Max Blackman and is based in Charleston, South Carolina.

What started as Kyle Payne's passion for simple, perfect food has turned into a masterpiece of smoky, sweet butter cream with a peppery finish. Holy Smoke smoked olive oil is the perfect condiment for any meat, fish or vegetable that needs that little something extra that you just can't put your finger on.
