Smoked Bourbon Balsamic Glaze

Use this to glaze chicken wings, ribs, or whatever else you're throwing on the grill. You can even dip your french fries in it if you wish.


  • 1/4 cup Smoked Balsamic Vinegar
  • 1/4 cup ketchup
  • 4 Tbsp stone ground mustard
  • 1 Tbsp bourbon
  • 2 Tbsp Smoked Honey
  • 1 tsp Worchestershire sauce
  • 1/2 tsp hot sauce
  • 1 Tbsp finely chopped red onion
  • 1 clove finely chopped garlic
  • Salt & Pepper to taste


Whisk all ingredients in mixing bowl except for garlic and onion.
Sautee the garlic and onion over medium heat.
Once the garlic and onions are cooked, add the mixture of ingredients to the pan.
Cook all ingredients for about 5 minutes, or until the glaze reaches your desired thickness.

Now, you can use this to glaze whatever you want. Enjoy!
