Smoked Pomegranate Elderflower Mimosas

  • 1 Bottle of Champagne, Cava, or Prosecco
  • 1 Cup Unsweetened Pomegranate Juice
  • 2 Tbsp Holy Smoke Smoked Wildflower Honey Syrup
  • 2 Oz. Elderflower Liqueur
  • Pomegranate Seeds
To make the honey Syrup, Mix 2 Tbsp Holy Smoke Smoked Wildflower Honey and 2 Tbsp hot water and stir vigorously until dissolved and refrigerate for 1 hour. Fill a cocktail shaker with ice and add pomegranate juice, Holy Smoke Smoked Wildflower Honey syrup, and elderflower liqueur and shake vigorously for 10 seconds. Strain into a Champagne flute and garnish with pomegranate seeds. A rose petal on the glass might not hurt either.
